Biography: Graduated with honors in Civil Engineering (2003) and Ph.D. in Construction Engineering (2007), in 2007 he became Assistant Professor of Structural Engineering at the University of Naples "Federico II", where he currently holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Theory and Design of Steel Constructions. His research activity is mainly focused on the vulnerability and seismic retrofitting of existing buildings and on the behavior of steel and aluminum alloy structures. Involved in various national and international research projects, he is the author of about 150 publications, many of them published in national and international journals and books.
