Summary
The Science and Information (SAI) Conference 2014 was an overwhelming success, attracting 190+ delegates, speakers and sponsors from 50 countries and provided great intellectual and social interaction for the participants. Science and Information Conference 2014 was organized with sponsorship and support from Microsoft, RK Trans2Cloud, IEEE and Springer.

All SAI Conference 2014 papers were published in the conference proceedings and are available in IEEE Xplore. Authors of selected outstanding papers were invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in the following:

Best Paper Award
Best Paper Award is presented to the individual(s) to have written the best paper appearing in the annual conference proceedings.
SAI Conference 2014 Best Paper Award : Christopher Griffin, Anna C. Squicciarini, Steven Styer for their paper titled “Identifying Multi-Regime Behaviors of Memes in Twitter Data”. The award was accepted by Anna C. Squicciarini.
SAI Conference 2014 Best Poster Award Jia Zhang, Huei-Tse Hou, Kuo-En Chang for their poster titled “UARE：Using Reality-Virtually-Reality (RVR) Models to Construct Ubiquitous AR Environment for e-Learning Context. The award was accepted by Jia Zhang and Huei-Tse Hou.
