I serve as a Senior DataOps Engineer at Continental Properties Company Inc, where I have been instrumental in enhancing data warehouses, crafting sophisticated data pipelines, and developing comprehensive dashboards and reports. My innovations have significantly optimized project management and business processes, unlocking the full potential of data for operational efficiency. I have received commendations from Continental’s Stakeholders for my ability to understand and refine complex business processes with insightful dashboards quickly. My efforts have brought about significant improvements in business operations and decision-making. My pursuit of excellence began at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where I was actively involved in QA initiatives. These efforts led to a notable increase in product testing efficiency and a substantial decrease in defects across various insurance domain projects. My exceptional contributions earned me two on-the-spot awards for my exemplary product testing and enhancements work. Furthermore, our team's collective efforts were recognized with the esteemed TCS applause for the team award, highlighting our crucial role in achieving successful production deliveries. Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply passionate about mentoring and giving back to the community. During my master’s program, I became a STEM tutor, helping students overcome programming challenges and assisting them with their STEM coursework. I also share my data engineering knowledge with nonprofits, providing them with data-driven insights to make informed decisions and maximize their social impact. I am an active mentor on the ADPList platform, guiding aspiring professionals keen on a career in data engineering. My commitment to data democratization is evident in my contributions to the Young Alumni Council at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where I offer guidance on resume-building, profile creation, and career advancement opportunities. I have also served as a reviewer for the International Journal of Business Intelligence, judged three categories for Globee this year: leadership, business and women in business and Brandon hall awards . I serve on IEEE A&A panel for senior members selection and IEEE Epics Reviewer. I acted as mentor and Judge for HACKMIT 2023, HACKOHI/O 2023 and MAKEUC 2023.
