Biography: Patience Ebekeyi Bakre holds a PhD in Management Information Systems, MSc Computer Engineering from Cyprus International University and BSc Computer Science. Her research focuses on the adoption of modern technologies — particularly Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Health Computing, ICT-driven e-learning/e-health systems — aimed at bridging the digital divide between urban and rural communities in developing countries. Currently, she holds a position at Philomath University (Abuja), where she is listed among the senior academic staff in Information Systems / Computing faculty.
