Biography: PhD in Science and Master in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in ElectronicSystems from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (EPUSP) - Brazil. Trained in Systems Engineering and since 2005, researcher of the research group in “Pervasive and High-Performance Computing (PAD)” attached to the University of São Paulo (USP) - Brazil. He has participated in several technological development and innovation projects with co-financing from governmental funds in Peru, Brazil, and Europe. In 2012 he developed the Semantic Sensys project together with the company Iconna as a Join Venture funded by FAPESP. The results of the technological solution developed, and the company Iconna was acquired by a US capital company. Professionally, with more than 15 years of experience serving as a senior consultant in Information Security for the Brazilian financial sector, partner and CTO of the Brazilian company “Berghem: Smart Information Security.” Since 2017, he has been a research professor at the Technological University of Peru (UTP), where he is the coordinator of the “Center for Research in Information and Communication Technologies (CTICs),” developing projects on entrepreneurship, innovation, digital transformation and renewable energy and energy transition for MSMEs in the tourism sector, agriculture, artisanal fisheries and services for smart cities. Invited professor of the UNSA for the School of Systems Engineering, responsible for the disciplines of Computer Security and Software Entrepreneurship Management. In 2022 and 2023, I participated in the technical team of the DER Project (Dynamization of Regional Ecosystems) for the Arequipa Region funded by ProInnovate.
