Biography: Cristina TURCU is a Professor and currently vice-dean at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania. During the period 2004-2011, she was Head of Computer Department. Her research interests include software engineering, RFID applications for the end-consumer, and intelligent systems. She was an Editor for 4 books. She has served on various program committees of conferences in computing and RFID systems. She also has served as a reviewer for numerous referred journals and conferences. She is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Engineering Business Management. She has published over 80 publications in books or book chapters, refereed journals, technical reports, and refereed conference/workshop/seminar proceedings.
