Biography
Director of the School of Information Sciences (Rabat-Morocco) since September 2018. He previously held the position of Director of Organization, Methods and Information Systems at the National Human Rights Council (Morocco). Dr. BAHJI holds a PhD in Engineering Sciences and Techniques from Mohammadia School of Engineers (Rabat, Morocco). He also holds diplomas in Specialized Computer Science and Computer Science from School of Information Sciences (Rabat-Morocco). He also holds a Certification in "International Human Rights Law and Personal Data Protection" from the International Institute of Human Rights (Strasbourg-France), and a Certification in "e-Government" from the Global e-Policy and e-Government Institute (Sung Kyun Kwan University, Seoul - South Korea).
