Biography: DR. YVETTE G. GONZALES Dr. Gonzales finished her BS in Information Technology at Iloilo Science and Technology University, Philippines in 2010. She finished her Master of Science in Multimedia at Hannam University, Daejeon, South Korea in 2013 and received her degree in Doctor of Engineering in Computer Information and Communication Engineering at the Catholic University of Daegu, South Korea in 2016. She was a research laboratory assistant in Multimedia Engineering, at Hannam University, Korea in 2011-2013 and also an experienced laboratory assistant in Software Engineering at the Catholic University of Daegu, Korea in 2013-2016. She is a former chair of the Center for Technology Research and Development of ISAT U. Currently, she is the Head of the Computer Department, ISAT U. Chair and Evaluator in Western Visayas Consortium for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (WVCIEERD). She worked in several researches funded by DOST-PCIEERD and DOST-PCARRD. She is an active reviewer in IEEE Access, IEEE IT Professional and served a Peer reviewer in several reputable refereed journals such as: International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, Journal of Science Engineering and Technology, Journal of Educational and Human Resource Development, Computer Communications Journal (The International Journal for the Computer and Telecommunications Industry of Elsevier) and Applied Soft Computing, WVSU Research Journal, Himal-us Journal and Visayan Journal of Science, Technology, and Innovation (VJSTI).
