Biography: Issa Atoum is an assistant professor at The World Islamic Sciences and Education University in Jordan. He is a lecturer of various subjects in Computer Science and Software Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Software Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Malaysia) and an M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Philadelphia University. He published articles in cybersecurity, software engineering, and semantic similarity. He is an editorial board member and a reviewer of reputed journals. Moreover, he takes in diverse non-academic experience; he is a Project Manager Professional (PMP®), ITIL® V3 and ISO/IEC 20000 certified professional.
