Biography
Dr. Ajune Wanis Binti Ismail is currently a Head of Vicubelab Research Group and a Senior Lecturer in computer graphics and computer vision at School of Computing, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai Johore. She leads UTM research group in virtual visualization vision (Vicubelab). Her expertise is in Mixed/Augmented Reality technology. She gets her MSc research study in a fast track of 3 semesters by creating a robust tracking algorithm for AR. She has conducted her PhD study at HITLabNZ in New Zealand and her research with a supervision of Prof. Dr. Mark Billinghurst (a prominent Professor in AR area also a pioneer of ARToolkit) and Prof. Dr. Mohd Shahrizal Sunar in UTM. She has been working with AR/VR/MR technology as her research interest.
