Rana holds a Doctorate of Science from Robert Morris University, USA, in Information Systems and Communication, and a master’s degree from Robert Morris University, USA, in Information Systems Management. A bachelor degree from Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud Islamic University, Saudi Arabia, in Information Systems. She published more than ten scientific papers as a senior researcher and participant in several conferences and journals in the field of information systems, electronic banking, Fintech technology, and artificial intelligence. She also published her first non-fiction book, Noise of Silence in Arabic in 2019.
