Biography
Engr. Edward B. Panganiban, Ph.D. is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering at Adamson University Manila, a graduate also of Master of Science in Information Technology and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at University of La Salette in Santiago City. He is also graduated Doctor of Philosophy in Electronics Engineering at Mapua University Intramuros Campus last December 2021. Aside from being a licensed Electronics Engineer and Professional Electronics Engineer, he is also a licensed Professional Teacher major in Mathematics and has gained several certifications from Microsoft, CISCO and TESDA. He is also conferred as ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE). He was a former College Dean at AMA Computer College Santiago Campus for 7 years and transferred to Isabela State University Echague Campus as Assistant Professor IV in 2013. At present, he is a Professor III and the Chief Editor in the “Linker: The Journal of Computing and Technology”. In addition to this, he has 24 documents indexed by Scopus with 120 citations and 1 document indexed in Web of Science or ISI..Currently, he is now the acting campus coordinator of ISU Santiago Exntension Unit
