Biography: Dr. José Luis Pastrana works at University of Malaga since 1995. Currently he works on software components adaptation and coordination. He has published more than 30 papers. He is very interested in the European Space for Higher Education. In addition, he is scout since 1982 and currently he has Turk's head knot woggle, and Wood Badge beads and he is the scout groups' representative in Málaga and he works as Uniformed Scout Leader in the 415 "Los Olivos" Scout Group in Malaga, Spain.
