Biography: Dr. Ing. Hela Mahersia received both master degree and PhD degree in electrical engineering (image processing) from National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT-Tunisia), and Electronic Engineer Diploma in 2001 from National Engineering School of Monastir (ENIM-Tunisia). She is currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Science of Bizerte (FSB-Tunisia). She teached several computer science courses especially related to Image processing, DSP and Pattern Recognition since 2004. Her research interests include image processing, texture processing, segmentation, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence.
