Biography
Senior Bioinformatician/Biostatistician at Stanford University School of Medicine. My research focuses on leveraging advanced statistical and machine-learning techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex biological datasets. I received a Ph.D. degree in Statistics from the University of Georgia in May 2022. I mainly interested in developing new statistical/machine learning methods, tools, and pipelines for various kinds of biological datasets, especially in single cell, RNA-Seq, metagenomics, and proteomics to support drug discovery and development.
