Biography: P.SIVAKUMAR has obtained B.E., (ECE) Degree from University of MADRAS in 1999 and completed his M.Tech (DEAC) from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka (NITK) in 2005. He finished his Ph.D from Anna University; Chennai in 2012. He is presently working as Professor and Head in department of ECE, S.K.P. Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai, India. He is a member of ISTE, IETE and International Association of Engineers (IAENG) Hong Kong, IACSIT Singapore, and SDIWC Hong Kong. His areas of interest are Wireless Communication, Signal Processing
