Biography: Nurul Akhmal Mohd Zulkefli is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Dhofar University, Oman, a position she has held since 2020. She has more than 14 years of teaching experience and previously served as a lecturer at the Department of Computing, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Tanjong Malim, Perak, Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Software Engineering) from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Engineering in Information and Computer Engineering from INHA University, South Korea, and a PhD in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. Her research interests include software engineering education, expert systems, artificial intelligence, decision-making systems, system health, information technology, and data mining with the semantic web. She is also a Certified Professional Requirements Engineer in Malaysia and a Certified Google Educator.
