Biography: After graduating in “Informatics” from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Natural Sciences, and also following the Master of Science studies in “Media Informatics” in RWTH Aachen University, Germany, since 2012 has been part of the Department of Informatics of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana where he also defended his PhD in 2021 Teaching mostly software engineering related courses, his research is focused on advanced web information systems engineering, information retrieval, improving information systems user experiences, and software processes. Has been actively involved in various industry and research projects since 2009, mainly acting as a freelance consultant for the implementation of advanced web information systems. Recently, his technical expertise has been combined with entrepreneurial activities in the software industry.
