Biography: Hoe Tung Yew obtained his PhD degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Biomedical Engineering. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. His main research interests are e-Health, internet of things and vertical handover decision making in heterogeneous wireless networks. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) under the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), United Kingdom. He is also a Professional Engineer under Board of Engineers Malaysia and Professional Technologist under the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).
