Shiva Kumar Pentyala

Biography

I'm currently working as a senior machine learning scientist at Salesforce AI on generative AI/NLP problems. I've 5+ years of industry experience building large scale dialogue generation systems, and text retrieval/search engines for different organizations including Amazon Alexa, Nvidia. My research interests are focused on interpretability, and robustness of generative AI/NLP applications. I received my Masters in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Mining from the Texas A&M University and graduated with an outstanding graduate student award.
