Biography: Dr. Vikram Kulkarni is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering (MPSTME), SVKM’s NMIMS University, Mumbai. With over 16 years of academic and research experience, he is a Senior Member of IEEE and serves as a Ph.D. supervisor, guest editor, and reviewer for several reputed journals including Frontiers in AI, Frontiers in Energy Research, and IEEE Access. His research interests span smart grid automation, wireless sensor networks, machine learning, and energy forecasting. Dr. Kulkarni has published extensively in Scopus and SCI-indexed journals, organized international special sessions, and led interdisciplinary research initiatives including AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. He was honored with the “Most Influential Professor” award at the 31st Dewang Mehta National Education Leadership Awards in 2024.
