Biography: Dr. Noelyn M. De Jesus is an Associate Professor II at the College of Informatics and Computing Sciences, Batangas State University ARASOF-Nasugbu. She completed her Doctor in Information Technology (With Distinction) at the Technological Institute of the Philippines-Manila and specializes in data science, machine learning, human-computer interaction, and information systems. Since 2013, she has actively served as a thesis adviser and research panel member, mentoring students in systems development and applied analytics. Her strong research portfolio includes multiple peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed publications, with 49 citations (h-index 3, i10-index 3) on Google Scholar and 8 Scopus-indexed documents with 28 citations and an h-index of 3. She is a consistent awardee in both international and local research conferences, receiving distinctions such as Best Presenter, Best Presentation, and Best Oral Presentation at global venues including Japan (CPEEE), Hong Kong (ICoPESA), and international IEEE conferences. Locally, she has also earned multiple recognitions such as Best Paper Presenter (PSITE, NOCEI) and NOCEI Best Quantitative Research Paper (Faculty Category). Her research contributions, combined with her leadership in analytics-driven projects and community-focused digital transformation initiatives, position her as a dynamic and impactful scholar in the Philippine ICT landscape.
