Biography
Mohammed Balfaqih is an Associate Professor of Computer and Network Engineering at the University of Jeddah and Co-Founder of ISL. His research focuses on AI-enabled communication networks, 5G/6G and O-RAN, IoT, vehicular networks, smart logistics, blockchain, and intelligent digital solutions. He is actively involved in applied research and innovation, with particular interest in translating research outcomes into practical products and services. His recent work includes intelligent resource management for O-RAN-based vehicular networks, AI- and IoT-enabled smart logistics solutions.
