Frincy is an AI leader, community builder and public speaker, with over 9+ years of diverse experience in Telecom, Information & Technology, Consumer goods and Education sectors. Frincy is currently working as a Principal Data Scientist at ADP and previously held Data Science roles at AltaML and TELUS Business for three years. Most recently, Frincy is also involved in researching and developing proof of concepts for use cases in her organization that involve solutions using Generative AI and traditional machine learning. Frincy also possess a Masters in Computing Science focused on Computer Vision related applications with a GPA of 4.0. She has also had the privilege of contributing to the proceedings published by IEEE for 2020 24th International Conference Information Visualisation (IV). Frincy has served as an invited judge for NASA International Space Apps Challenge and judged for Women in IT Awards. Frincy is also an invited Keynote and Panel Speaker in different topics in AI for more than 25 international/national conferences and events. Frincy has received several awards and recognitions for her contributions to AI, most notably being named 2022 Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100™ by Women Executive Network and 2023 Top 100+ Women Advancing AI.
