Manuel Rodrigues is an invited adjunct professor at Polytechnic Institute of Porto – ESTG where he teaches Computer Science. He is also professor at Martins Sarmento High School Guimaraes – Portugal, where he´s responsible for the IT infrastructure of the school. He works also as independent IT consultant. He has a Computer Science degree at Minho University - Portugal, and an MsC also at Minho University – Portugal. He has a PhD in Informatics with European Honours at Vigo University – Spain. Currently his focus of research is artificial intelligence and Smart Cities.
