Luís Pinto Ferreira earned his PhD in Engineering from University of Vigo (Spain), MSc in industrial engineering–logistics and distribution from the School of Engineering, University of Minho (Portugal) and bachelor’s degree in industrial electronic engineering from the School of Engineering, University of Minho (Portugal). He has been teaching in higher education institution since 2000. He is currently Deputy Director of the Master Program in Engineering and Industrial Management from the School of Engineering, Polytechnic of Porto (Portugal), and he has supervised more than 60 MSc students. He has more than 70 papers (ISIþSCOPUS) and 1 international book published.
