PAOLINO DI FELICE is Professor of Computer Science since 1999 at the Department of Industrial and Information Engineering & Economics of the University of L’Aquila. He has authored or coauthored about 120 articles appeared in international journals, books, and conference proceedings. Databases, Spatial Databases, and Software Engineering are his main research topics. He has carried out a consistent activity of technological transfer in collaboration with several IT firms. His research has been funded by national and international institutions and carried out in collaboration with researchers of several countries. He has served within national and international committees. For the current year he is in the Program Committees of ICCSA 2021 (https://iccsa.org/committees) and DATA 2021 (http://www.dataconference.org/ProgramCommittee.aspx). Editor of the special issues of MDPI Applied Sciences: "Big Data in Geocomputation for the Built Environment" (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/applsci/special_issues/Big_Data_Built_Environment). Member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Engineering and Technology Innovation (IJETI).
