Ziyu Wang received the B.E. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2019, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, in 2024. He is currently with Apple, Inc focusing developing hardware architecture for artificial intelligence and machine learning.
