Christy is a lead data scientist specializing in customer experience and insights at Lumen Technologies. She primarily builds machine learning models that help drive customer centricity goals and demonstrate the business impacts of customer loyalty economics and predictive customer health. Before joining Lumen, Christy obtained a PhD in computer science and engineering, specializing in applying machine learning and real time systems algorithms. She joined Lumen in 2019 and has since worked to expand the portfolio with new AI/ML models.
