Biography: Research Professor at the Universidad Nacional de San Agustín de Arequipa, currently develops advisory and consulting in the use of Information and Communication Technologies in the educational and organizational field as well as artificial intelligence applied to the educational field. He gives conferences and lectures on the use of Information Systems and Information and Communication Technologies in the area of education, in national and international events such as: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Cuba, Mexico, Spain, USA, Japan, Amsterdam USA and China. He also performs analysis, design and implementation of applications and software for the teaching-learning of Mathematics and Physics. Due to the responsibilities of his professional career, he has completed a second major in Computer Engineering, a Master's degree in Computer Science with mention in Information and Communication Technologies and a PhD in Computer Science. He has developed research and innovations in the field of educational technology, for which he has been recognized by MINEDU with: the Palmas Magisteriales en el Grado de Maestro 2008, he has obtained the first place in the National Contest of Doctoral Thesis 2014; first place in the National Contest "El Maestro Que Deja Huella 2008"; first place in the "Concurso Nacional de Maestros Innovadores de la Microsoft 2010"; first place in the "Concurso Nacional de Educación "Horacio 2009"; first place in the contest of Educational Innovation "Educared 2015". At the international level he has been recognized by INTEL-ISEF in 2017 and 2018 in the USA.
