Biography: Dr. Sharma holds Ph.D and M.Tech degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal, India. He has more than 18 years of work experience in academic fields. He has supervised 5 Doctoral students and currently supervising 3 Doctoral students in the field of Computer Science & Engineering. He has published more than 100 research papers in various National & International Journals & Conferences. He has credit of 8 National & International Patents and 4 Design Applications. He has authored and co-authored 5 books on Computer Science so far. He has participated as Convener, Moderator, Resource Person, Panelist, Keynote Plenary Speaker and Session Chair in several reputed National and International Conferences in India and abroad. He received numerous Awards for his academic and research achievements viz. Young Research Excellence Award, Young Scientist Award, Bright Researcher Award, Teacher Excellence Award, Teaching & Research Excellence Award, Eminently Distinguished Engineering Achievement Award, Award of Citation, Best Teacher Award, Best Research Paper Award from several professional bodies and societies. He is the Editorial Board Member and Reviewer of more than 20 National & International Journals. His research interests are- Web Mining, Sentiment Analysis, Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Machine Learning.
