Biography: Talal Bonny received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1999 from the Department of Automatic Control and Industrial Electronics at The University of Aleppo, Syria, and the M.Sc. degree in Computational Sciences and Engineering (CSE) in May 2000 from the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany. And the Ph.D. degree in Code Compression for Embedded Systems in June 2009 from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany. In August 2009, Dr. Bonny worked as Post-Doc fellow for two years at King Abdullah University for Science and Technology (KAUST). In 2011, he held an assistant professor appointment in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Aleppo University, Syria. He is presently an assistant professor in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Sharjah University, UAE. His current research interests include Embedded Systems and Hardware Digital Design, Compression and computing Algorithms aand Bioinformatics
