Biography: Ning Cai received the B.E. degree in Control Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1996, the M.E. degree in Computer Science from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory from Tsinghua University in 2010. He is currently the professor-in-chief of the control discipline in Northwest University for Nationalities. His research interests include nonlinear control, robust control, and dynamical economics systems
