Biography: Anthony Anggrawan received a master’s degree in Computer Science (M.Kom) from the Institut Teknologi 10 Surabaya (ITS), Indonesia, the first doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Accounting Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia, the second doctoral degree (Dr.) in Linguistics Science from Universitas Hasanuddin Makasar, Indonesia, and the third doctoral degree (Dr.) in Educational Technology in Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. His research interests include developing instructional design, learning methods, multimedia, artificial intelligence, statistics, and educational technology. His professional position is as a civil servant seconded by the Indonesian Higher Education Service Institute as a computer science lecturer at Bumigora University, Indonesia. He has been chairman of the Aptikom (Association of Computer Colleges) of the West Nusa Tenggara Province until now. In 2018, he pioneered the development of online-based learning on the Bumigora University campus and won award of the SPADA in the making of a blended learning module from Indonesian Higher Education Research and Technology Department. He also actively contributes as a reviewer and editor of several national journals in Indonesia, for example in the Matrik journal, Sinta journal and journals of Information Systems, Applied, Management, Accounting and Research, and also as a reviewer for international journals at IEEE Access.
