Biography: Iqbal Ahmed got his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Honors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh in 2007 and achieved joint Master degree from PERCCOM program of European Union in September 2015. He received his Master of Complex System Engineering degree from University of Lorraine (UL), France then Master in Technology from Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT), Finland and Master degree in Pervasive Computing and Communication for Sustainable development from Lulea University of Technology (LTU), Sweden. In March 2018, he received his doctoral degree (Ph.D) from the Department of Information Science, Saga University, Japan. In profession, he worked in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Chittagong, Bangladesh as an Associate professor since August 2018. He has been awarded Cat-A scholarship of Erasmus Mundus from European Union two times in 2010 and 2013 respectively. His current research interest lies in the field of green and sustainable computing and information processing.
